Weight loss – No matter how many raw fruits and veggies you eat you will not gain fat on a raw foods diet but rather lose weight and achieve your ideal body weight. All calories ARE NOT created equal. Your body knows what to do with plants as it was designed for them. It uses them for energy and nutrition. With cooked foods your body stores the toxins contained especially around the midsection. It simply does not know what to do with the toxins so it stores it in the muscle and fat tissues so it does not further damage the body. I can eat all the calories I want, am never hungry, and have finally achieved my ideal body weight. Plus I don’t have to workout hours a day to stay lean and toned. Heck before I worked out 3 hours a day and could still not lose that last 20 lbs. Diet is 80% of the way you look!
Reverse aging and slow it down!
People say I look younger than when I started a few years ago! Imagine waking up every day to a younger you! Plus who wants to look and feel their age. My personal inspiration was Annette Larkins. She appeared in a news report that I saw on youtube. You can look it up by typing her name in on youtube. She is 70 years young but does not look a day over 40 with no wrinkles! She’s gorgeous! Who doesn’t want to be gorgeous at 70 and pain free?! She has more energy than most 20 year olds. She has been eating fully raw for 27 years but took a slow and steady transitional approach during the whole process which I recommend. But she’s not the only one! Raw foodists all over the world look much younger than their age. Beauty comes from the inside out. It’s so true!
Clear your skin!
Sometimes this benefit takes more time as your body has a lot of detox and healing to do and the skin is a last priority. But when it happens it will be great. You will have a natural glow with perfect skin and will never have to wear makeup again!
Tons of energy!
I don’t mean enough, I mean an abundance! Like a gallon of coffee could not compare. Plus it will be natural energy not jittery strung up energy. Coffee is one hell of a drug! LOL Who doesn’t want to have tons of energy? Energy makes everything else so much more exciting and interesting and you get more done! Even workouts become easier when you have energy.
Raw foods help nourish you which also means you have enough nutrients for proper brain chemistry. A lot of raw foods boost serotonin (the chemical in the brain that produces feelings of well-being and happiness. Naturally and steadily you will feel better and better each day. I am often euphoric! Eating higher vibrational foods that are raw or living makes you higher vibrational. When you eat a tortured animal or products from a tortured animal all those hormones, adrenaline, steroids end up in you and affect you! They really do! You will only realize this when you stop eating them and realize another way of living is possible even if it sounds too good to be true.
And there’s more! From clearer thoughts, to better intuition, improved sleep, improved libido, ridding Pms symptoms, and healing medical conditions etc. etc.
Yeah maybe raw foods will never taste as good as cooked to me but life is so much tastier! Besides I am going to give up all these amazing and unbelievable benefits for 20 minutes of taste bud pleasure a day?!! Your taste buds change anyways and now the raw foods taste good to me and I actually enjoy them and I eat as much as I want! Now if you can’t or don’t want to go full raw you can still work your way up to high raw vegan. The more raw the more benefits so don’t think if you don’t go 100% low fat raw vegan that you still can’t get benefits.
