Almost every restaurant has a salad option. Most people just want you to eat with them and its not the biggest deal if you are eating a salad or a burger. Besides whats it to them anyways. If you are not fully raw you can also order soups and a side of veggies, baked potates (without a ton of unhealthy toppings)
Also there are healthier cuisines such as sushi. Most Japanese restaurants have sushi rolls with no meat and seaweed salad. Japanese diets are attributed to why many Asian countries lives so long not to mention look great! Seaweed salad is packed full of nutrients and sushi is often packed with veggies.
Most importantly, and I can’t stress this enough: You’re attitude and how you think about your diet will determine your success. You can think, “Oh look what they are eating, poor me, I can’t have that” or you can think “Aren’t I lucky to have discovered how eating healthy can drastically improve your energy levels, looks, mood, and happiness! And don’t fool yourself, it catches up with everyone. We as a nation are more unhealthy, overweight, sick, and more depressed than we’ve ever been. And really is that 10 minutes of indulgence worth your life and happiness.
Keep telling yourself, “It’s just not worth it” and its not. No on ever woke up the next morning and regretted eating healthy.
